Costs

Price includes program instruction, two nights double occupancy lodging, as well as meals, and admissions.

Many dates available. Private baths are available for an additional charge.

$279/person/2 nights. School children are half-price. Preschoolers, $69.  Add-a-Night: $99 per night, adults. $69 school children. $39 preschoolers.

Elderhostel courses are priced and registered separately.

Payment is by MasterCard, Visa, cash, and personal or travelers checks.

Savings do not apply to children’s prices. Only one “deal” at a time.

Additional costs:
$21 per person per night for single occupancy w/shared (hallway) bath
$29 per person per night for double-quad occupancy with private bath
$39 per person per night for single occupancy with private bath.

Unless you have registered with or requested to room with another person, or have registered and paid the additional fee for a single room in advance, you should expect to share a room with someone from your Elderhostel program.

We make every effort to house parties where you request, but can make no absolute guarantees.

Please don’ts
Do not smoke in any building. Do not ignore our safety rules. Do not bring pets.  Do not bring hard liquor (wine & beer available for purchase; soda pop, ice cream, & snacks available in our snack shop.)  Do not let children wander; they should be accompanied by an adult. Do not bring electronics—unplugging is the point of being at Sagamore. Do not bring bottled water—our water is excellent. Do not bring heels; nothing at Great Camp Sagamore is paved. Do not bring formal attire; dress at Great Camp Sagamore is casual.
